Dominik officially aligns with Liv and helps her retain.
Kicking off the SummerSlam Premium Live Event was the WWE Women’s World Championship match between Rhea Ripley and the champion Liv Morgan. Ripley was accompanied to the ring by Dominik Mysterio.
As Rhea Ripley was about to use a steel chair, Dominik stopped her and reminded her she could not win the title via disqualification.
The backend of the match saw Dominik slide the chair into the ring and he grabbed the referee’s attention. Morgan went on to hit the ‘Oblivion’ on Rhea and sent her into the chair. She scored the win to retain the title and the cameras cut to Dominik, who was smiling.
On the outside of the ring, Dominik lifted Liv Morgan up, kissed her and they left the stage area together.
